Broadness of neutralizing antibodies to sarbecoviruses depends on priming conditions
In a recent study under review at the Nature Portfolio journal and currently available on the Research Square* preprint server, researchers identified immune priming conditions that generated broadly neutralizing antibody (nAb) responses and assessed immunity post-third dose of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) vaccines such as BNT126b2 or Coronavac vaccines after two homologous doses of BNT126b2 or Coronavac vaccines.
