RELI Group, Hive Group will provide integrated program management support services to TSA

BHIVE Properties, the commercial real estate investment arm of BHIVE Group, is offering retail investors the chance to own Grade A commercial property in Bengaluru. The property, located at Brigade Metropolis, is pre-leased for 15 years, providing stable monthly returns. Retail investors will have direct ownership of an allotted area and can earn annual rentals of up to 10.6%, with an expected internal rate of return exceeding 15% per annum
