An earthquake of magnitude 4.9 at the Richter scale hit Jammu and Kashmir’s Doda on Sunday morning, the National Center for Seismology (NCS) said. Earlier, another quake measuring 5.3 at the richer scale hit India’s Andaman and Nicobar islands on Sunday night.

A powerful earthquake with a magnitude of 6.3 struck off the coast of Central Mexico on Sunday night, as reported by the National Center for Seismology on Monday.
