Lately. one of those rare moments was caught on camera. the gentleman's name is bruce shields junior. he shared a video of the fargo, north dakota police joining a pickup basketball game while they were training on the bike patrol. so these officers assigned to the bike patrol were out doing some training and all of a sudden, this happened. the officers were driving down the hard court. and they said you know let's do some community policing. let's get into a basketball game with the felons. and the next thing you know a pickup game broke out. and the cops took on the local kids. bicycle cops....
