Downtown Birmingham's latest 5-story building planned for old post office parking lot
Surnow Co., has submitted plans to put up an 80-foot, 53,000-square-foot building on the rear of the 0.57-acre site with first-floor retail space, second and third-floor office space and six residential units on the fourth and fifth floors.
