Saturday, December 19, 2020 9:46 pm William “Ray” Crisp, 80, of Cleveland, passed away on Wednesday, Dec. 16, 2020, at his residence. He was of the Methodist faith, and was a member of Big Spring United Methodist Church He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy and Ruby Crisp; siblings: Roy Crisp, Dale Crisp and Roberta Gayle Seagraves; and brother-in-law, Donald Seagraves. He is survived by his siblings: Kelli Seagraves of Cleveland, Donnie Seagraves of Cleveland, and Paul Miller and wife, Amy, of Cleveland.
