BigBloc Construction: In April 2023, Bigbloc Building Elements completed the first phase of Wada project by establishing 2.5 lakhs cubic meters per annum capacity of the AAC block.
Bigbloc Construction's net consolidated total income stood at Rs 61.52 crore, a growth of 24.18 per cent from Rs 49.54 crore it recorded in the similar quarter last year.
Bigbloc Construction: Post expansion, its production capacity will increase from 2,50,000 CBM to 5,00,000 CBM. The said expansion will be met by mixture of internal accruals and debt and is expected to be complete within six months.
Over the period of 18-24 months, BigBloc Construction is looking to invest Rs 150-200 crore. About 60-65% of the capital expenditure will be funded through debt and 30-35% equity.
