Ray Funderburk is suing the board, and several members individually, including chair Bill Cherry and Vice-Chair Jason McLeod and county commission chair Bill Rivenbark.
The lawsuit, filed Friday in New Hanover County Superior Court, comes after Ray Funderburk was removed from his seat on the CFCC Board of Trustees.
