Hoodie Hoo Day in Shongo delayed to 2021 Annual event seeks to scare away winter Staff reports SHONGO — The Hoodie Hoo Day 2021 event to be held Feb. 13 at Mama’s Smokin BBQ in Shongo has been canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions, event organizer Bill Dibble announced. Dibble, an Allegany County legislator, encouraged area residents to observe the unofficial holiday at home in lieu of the usual gathering.
