The Missouri Senate adjourned Thursday after only 15 minutes on the floor and with no new bills passed.
After a 50-hour Democrat-led filibuster, Sen. Mary Elizabeth Coleman, R-Arnold, made a motion to send the bill to a conference committee with the House.
The disagreement threatens to kill other bills pending in the Senate.
