The annual Cabin Fever Weekend is set for January 30-31, with a variety of activity providers offering a chance to get out of the house and enjoy the better parts of winter. From 9-11 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 30 th, the Charles City Public Library will be hosting appearances from the characters Elephant and Piggie during a special drive-thru “Snap a Selfie” in the back parking lot. Sponsored by the Friends of the Library, participating youth will each receive a treat as well. ....
