More Candidates File to Run for City and School Board SAN ANGELO, TX – Two more San Angeloans filed to run for city government on Thursday, the day before the final day to file. According to the City of San Angelo's Public Information Office, on Feb. 11, Dietrick Tillis and Cie Rangel filed to run for seats on the council. Tillis will run against Brenda Gunter in the Mayoral race. Also in this fight will be Silvara Lawson. Rangel, just like Tillis, will join a race with multiple candidates.
