Bio-Waste Management Program: Nagri health centre bio-waste management programme |
The department of health, medical education and family welfare has rolled out a bio-medical waste management programme at the Nagri primary health centre in Ranchi, Jharkhand. This is the state's first segregation facility of bio-medical waste in primary health centres. The project aims to scale up across all PHCs and CHCs in the state and bring behavioural change among healthcare givers.
