(Staff picture) The COVID-19 lockdown could not have been lifted soon enough for those enjoying Thunder Bay’s restaurants. Kyle Melnyk is the General Manager of Bistro One, and tells us they had planned to open tomorrow, Thursday, but through on-line reservations that happened sooner than expected. “The people spoke. They started booking through the open table app, we started to roll with it, and did a soft opening yesterday.
