Restaurant GM Pleased With Customer Response
(Staff picture) The COVID-19 lockdown could not have been lifted soon enough for those enjoying Thunder Bay’s restaurants. Kyle Melnyk is the General Manager of Bistro One, and tells us they had planned to open tomorrow, Thursday, but through on-line reservations that happened sooner than expected. “The people spoke. They started booking through the open table app, we started to roll with it, and did a soft opening yesterday. So, it went well, we had some people in for lunch, and then for dinner… we had our maximum capacity of ten.” The restaurant’s GM adds he was not surprise...
