Vadodara: The BJP may have made rules for ticket distribution that left many in the party surprised, but it surprised many again on Thursday by making exception to these rules. The party also decided to repeat only 15 candidates who were elected in 2015 and fielded eight others who had won in the 2010 polls or before.
