Loveland City Council tie vote defeats Sugar Creek annexation
After nearly five hours of presentation, comment and discussion, Loveland City Council on Tuesday rejected a request from Fort Collins-based developer Black Timber Builders to annex 171 acres on the northern outskirts of the city for medium-density housing.
