The High Court had granted interim protection to the company of the union minister to apply for regularisation of the alleged unauthorised structures which eventually was rejected by BMC.
Advocate General (AG) Ashutosh Kumbhakoni on Tuesday informed the Bombay High Court that the State of Maharashtra has withdrawn the demolition order against the bungalow belonging to Union Minister Narayan Rane's company

High Court directed BMC to not take any coercive action against the Narayan Rane and his family in furtherance of their notices and orders against Aadish Bungalow located at Juhu, Mumbai, occupied by Rane family.
