welcome back, everybody. a lawsuit has been brought against jetblue over the captain who went ballistic on the flight back in march. how can you forget that story? eventually a group of passengers were able to restrain him. the ten passengers who are suing say the airline should have known their pilot was a little unstable. tim fleisher from our new york station has more. reporter: in the frightening moments on board jetblue flight as passengers describe it. pilot clayton osborne having to be tackled and restrained after running through the cabin in this video seemingly out of control. watching the pilot run down and having to be tackled by passengers was a terrifying experience sitting there watching that. reporter: so kathy and three fellow passengers who witnessed the scene now join six others in filing a lawsuit against jetblue ....

Captain, was, indeed a war veteran. the t.s.a. has issued a statement and here it is. t.s.a. is aware of an incident on board jetblue flight 191, john f. kennedy to las vegas which diverted to amarillo international airport after an event on board when an individual was removed biological law enforcement and passengers have safely deplaned. the fact this person, if it was a captain was removed by law enforcement speaks to something more than a simple medical emergencied. and a net note of irony some of the passengers on the flight were on their way to intend the international security convention. they will now have dramatic firsthand security stories. shepard: and now another passenger on the line. ....
