Tom passed away on May 19, 2021 after a short battle with cancer. He was born in Kirkland Lake to Frederick Marshall (Charlie) and Laura Gronert. At age 10, Tom’s family moved to Cardiff, Ontario.
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Beverley Ann Bruley on Thursday, April 29, 2021. Mom passed away peacefully at Pioneer Ridge, with family by her side, at the age of 85 years. Beverley was born on February 9th, 1936 in Port Arthur, Ontario.
Mom had a zest for life like no other. Anyone that met her was embraced as if they were family. Her passions in life included music, curling, gardening, having coffee with her cousins, hanging out with the neighbours in the driveway or going to camp at Trout Lake as well as Rossport. Mom had the passion to make everyone smile. She loved to volunteer at Dawson Court and Corpis Christi where she sang in the choir and was a greeter every Sunday morning. What brought mom her most joy, was the smile of a child. She would decorate her lawn for every holiday ensuring the bears out front were always decked out for the holiday she was celebrating.
