America s town hall. jon: we ask that you try to keep it short so we can get to as many of them as possible. jenna: and we welcome our panel today. bernard whitman, chip salzmann is a former campaign manager for mike huckabee, and bob cue zack, managing editor for the hill. welcome to you all and, bernard, we ll start with you with that question on health care reform because we re seeing a lot of questions about health care. why do you think we re seeing the reaction where a lot of our viewers are saying that they re seeing a lot of their rates going up instead of going the opposite direction? well, we have to remember, the health care law just passed, and the benefits of the health care law are going to be phased in this over the next couple years. it s going to take quite a while, i think, for americans to see the full benefits, but as they start to see some of them like not being able to drop children for pre-existing conditions, you re seeing more and more people actually come ....
