Developer to break ground on Granby's largest-ever, $50M apartment development
There will be a groundbreaking celebration for Station 280, a new luxury apartment rental community just north of downtown Granby, at 8:30 a.m. Saturday. Burkentine Builders, a Hanover, Pennsylvania-based real estate developer, received approvals to build 235 garden-style apartments at 280 Salmon Brook St. (Route 10), with one-, two- and three-bedroom units that feature stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The project is expected to cost about $50 million.
