Victor Brown fired at a man who had shot him, although that man was already at least a block away at the time, Cook County prosecutors said in charging Brown with murder Friday. One of the bullets killed Bobbye Johnson as she walked in the 200 block of East 35th Street around 4 p.m. Tuesday.
