Borosil Limited has signed a binding SPA through its subsidiary Klass Pack Limited to acquire an initial 90.17% stake, with a provision to increase its stake up to 100% in Goel Scientific Glass Works Limited.
Borosil rises on making additional investment in subsidiary company Borosil is currently trading at Rs. 227.10, up by 3.35 points or 1.50% from its previous closing of Rs. 223.75 on the BSE. The scrip opened at Rs. 225.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 227.50 and Rs. 225.05 respectively. So far 240 shares were traded on the counter.
