Wexford Borough District officials have been urged to take action on a bend at the entrance to a Wexford town housing estate after it emerged that one resident has had two cars written off and, on one occasion, even had to help a motorbike Garda off the floor after he misjudged the bend himself.
Wexford County Council are being urged to take action and secure a patch of waste ground that has become synonymous with anti social behavior in the town. The area known as The Knock was the centre of attention in recent weeks with the discovery of a deceased man following a suspected drug overdose.
