Nthenya Maingi Patrick, 37, of Miami Beach, was charged in 6th District Court with manslaughter, a second-degree felony; and reckless driving, a class B misdemeanor. According to the Utah Highway Patrol, on Sept. 23 Patrick was speeding in her Toyota Highlander while traveling west on U.S. 89.
