Mardi Gras celebration and Gumbo-Cook-Off returns to Keystone Feb. 13

River Run Village at Keystone is hosting a Mardi Gras Party on Fat Tuesday, Feb. 13, from 3-5 p.m. The event highlight is a gumbo cook-off featuring seven competitors each dishing up their own take.
