Two primary school pupils managed to get the Great Olympic Skate Roadshow to visit their school in Invercargill.

New Zealand Olympic Committee commercial director Sharon van Gulik said skateboarders Bowman Hansen​ and Matthew Markland​ were taking Eke Tahi on a 41-day tour around 45 New Zealand towns and cities, joined by the Black Sticks men’s and women’s hockey teams, to celebrate the news and promote New Zealand’s Tokyo 2020 team.
