Just after 2 p.m. Saturday, April 27, Pettis County Sheriff Brad Anders was in his office and noticed alerts on his phone that someone was tagging him on Facebook.
Bear Hagston was charged with first-degree assault, armed criminal action, and unlawful use of a weapon.
Law enforcement located Bear Hagston, of Kansas City, and he was taken into custody without incident.
