The deputy attempted to stop a car driven by 19-year-old Braden Muck near Kragnes. muck took off at high speed on County Hwy. 26. Another deputy deployed stop sticks at the intersection with County Road 11. Muck’s car eventually left the road and became stuck in the ditch. He was arrested for fleeing and underage drinking and driving. A passenger, a 20-year-old Fargo man, was wanted on an outstanding warrant in Norman County.
