CHRISTMAS has come early for Bradford Council’s Prevention and Early Help team as they gratefully received a huge donation of presents for the children and families they support through the district’s Family Hubs.
The donations of warm clothing, toiletries, children’s books, arts and crafts, DVDs, toys, selection boxes and mince pies were provided by broadband and TV provider, Virgin Media. After the company generously chose to help some of Bradford’s most in need families this Christmas, the items were delivered by a team of Virgin Media employees who cover the Bradford area.
In the run up to Christmas, the gifts will be distributed by the Family Support and Parenting teams to families they work closely with across the district’s four family hubs. ....
