May 1, 2021 MARQUETTE — The Upper Peninsula Publishers and Authors Association presents the fifth installment of the U.P. Reader. This latest and biggest-ever edition of the annual anthology will feature the collected works of 32 authors in the U.P. They will again include the four winners of the Dandelion Cottage Short Story Award in the publication with divisions for ninth through 12th grade.
