Vote republican. we have not seen that play out in any legislative battle. there is no reason to suspect that would happen. now it is more unlikely because not only do they have the cover of kavanaugh's conservative views unpopular among democrats, but they hide behind the allegations to say we cannot vote for kavanaugh. president trump said yesterday he expected some democrats would join and vote for brett kavanaugh. we did see three red state democrats cross the aisle and vote for neil gorsuch. it is hard to see that happening when you don't have enough republican votes to confirm him. >> it...
