Hotel in Cornwall Meudon Country House sold by Pilgrim family
What was once described as "the premier hotel in Cornwall" has been sold under a guide price of £2.5 million. The sale of the Meudon Country House Hotel, between Maenporth in Falmouth and Mawnan Smith, marks the end of a 57-year ownership by the Pilgrim family. When the hotel went on the market in July it was under a guide price of £2.5 million, with the five-bedroom Bream House, in a private position on the headland, available by separate negotiation.
