Hochul to sign bill aiding workers exposed to 9/11 toxins

Gov. Kathy Hochul is expected to sign a bill into law, requiring businesses that operated near Ground Zero during 9/11 to notify their employees at the time they could be eligible for federal benefits and health monitoring.
