May 27, 2021 Good guy with a gun stops a bad guy from doing bad things to a little girl. A teacher at Ogden, Utah’s Lincoln Elementary was keeping an eye on the kids during recess when he noticed a man lingering around the playground. He noticed the man walk up to an 11-year-old girl and attempt to take her. The teacher confronted the man & was able to get all 20-student back into the school. The suspect then began punching the window in an attempt to force his way inside. The teacher produced his firearm and held the suspect until police arrived.

Police investigating fatal shooting of store owner in Ogden OGDEN, Utah (AP) — Authorities in Utah have launched an investigation after a grocery store owner in Ogden was fatally shot at his business on Sunday. The Standard-Examiner reported that Ogden Police Lt. Brian Eynon said Monday that the suspected shooter entered the Super Grocery around 11:50 p.m. and talked to 65-year-old store owner Satnam Singh before shooting him. Singh died at the scene. KSL TV OGDEN — The owner of an Ogden grocery store was shot and killed at his store on Sunday night. Satnam Singh, 65, was working at his store, Super Groceries, 675 N. Monroe Blvd., about 11:50 p.m. when a man walked in. "The preliminary investigation revealed that the unknown suspect and the victim communicated for a short period of time and at one point, the suspect fired a pistol at the victim, striking him," Ogden police said.
