Why would that be? there's not rescues going on. is it just about assessing damage and keeping people off the streets? >> well, for the philadelphia area what you're looking at here, they're trying to clear debris there to keep that bridge functioning. maybe that's the railroad bridge they're on possibly there. that crane is lifting logs and debris, coming down the schuylkill river to try to save force and impact on that train bridge. it is too hazardous out there. wherever water built up that didn't recede is out there, trying to aset damage in a lot of basements. that's why schools are close...
