WATERTOWN — Beth M. Murphy, 49, of Michigan Avenue, was charged by city police Friday with third-degree arson.
The home at 14628 Avenue of the Rushes, Winter Garden, sold Nov. 30, for $2,299,000.
The couple had once housed Joshua and Lindsey Pollis.
