BUSY: Some of the cases being heard at Worcester this Thursday A 23-year-old woman is due in court for a racially aggravated assault in Worcester while another is up for stealing a vacuum cleaner and more than £1,000 of food shopping. Tegan Downes of Sherrards Green Road, Malvern is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates Court tomorrow (Thursday) following what is said to be a racist attack in Worcester. She is charged with racially / religiously aggravated assault occasioning actual bodily harm, the offence alleged to have taken place in the city on September 5 last year. Downes is also charged with racially / religiously aggravated harassment / alarm / distress by words / writing on the same date.
