The BSE 500 index ended with an uptick of 664 points or 2%, following the footsteps of the headline index S&P BSE Sensex that gained 1,500 points or 2% to hit an all-time high of 75,636. The two defence PSU counters and railway play RVNL ended the week with an uptick of 35%, 32% and 27%, respectively.
