Drivers in Palm Beach County could experience some travel delays in February as Brightline continues working on expanding its service to central Florida this year.
Brightline high-speed train testing will pick back up on the Treasure Coast on Friday. Full-speed 110-mile-per-hour trains will go back and forth along an 11-mile stretch of track.
This round of testing is to commission the new second set of tracks on a 13-mile stretch.
Brightline officials said Monday that testing of their trains on the Treasure Coast will start a couple of days later than anticipated.
