A woman's decomposed body has been found washed up on a popular Sydney beach with social media users speculating it could be missing conwoman Melissa Caddick.
Anthony Koletti and Caddick's elderly parents were given formal notice late last year that her luxury Sydney properties would be sold to repay victims of her Ponzi scheme.
Police filed an application for the apprehended violence order on February 8 on behalf of Isabella Allen - the woman at the helm of ASIC investigation into Anthony Koletti's fraudster wife.
The fraudster vanished from her Dover Heights home in Sydney's ritzy east on November 12, 2020 after the financial watchdog uncovered she had been operating a Ponzi scheme.
Melissa Caddick's foot was found by campers along Bournda Beach, 400 kilometres south of Sydney, on February 21, 2021.
