Publix eyes building new supermarket in western Indian River County
Two smaller stores would be built next to the new Publix store, according to County Planning Director Ryan Sweeney. A separate retail strip of about 20,000-square-feet would be divided into smaller tenant spaces. There also is land for two outparcels along S. R. 60, Sweeney said. A site plan was submitted to the county Planning Department on May 12.
