The Bronson Community Schools Board of Education Monday night approved the purchase of the new lockers at a cost of about $110,000. The funds were already in this years budget. The outside threat procedures were put in place which meant doors to the schools were locked from the outside. Bronson Police Chief Steven Johnson said the school was notified after the State of Michigan’s OK2SAY web site got information on the threat.
