Prosecuting Attorney Michael Wood filed charges Tuesday against David J. Case, 35, of Troy. Wood said Case's blood-alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit.
According to the bail request form, David Case was on probation at the time of the crash and is currently in custody for a probation violation.
