Ryan High and his wife, Laura, bought the local Sugarfire franchise in the Ironworks development. They closed the deal on Nov. 1. Brazos County Sheriff-elect Wayne Dicky announced this week his decision to appoint Paul Martinez to serve as his chief deputy for enforcement.
