Illinois State Police say they were asked by IDOT to investigate the worker, an operations supervisor at a maintenance yard in Oakbrook. Based on the investigation, 39-year-old Bryan Laughlin of Downers Grove is charged with five counts each of forgery and wire fraud. All counts are Class 3 felonies.
