Sweet success for Taranaki honey firms

Taranaki honey companies were named among the country's sweetest in the recent Apiculture New Zealand National Honey Competition. Raul Mateas-Orban, of Tarata Honey, won a gold medal in the medium creamed honey class, while Egmont Honey was awarded gold for its medium liquid or clear honey, and a silver for its product packaging.
