Pierre Trudeau spy unit reflects secrecy of Ottawa toward Quebec sovereignty
A new paper published in the journal Intelligence and National Security reveals that the office of former prime minister Pierre Trudeau was so concerned about the independence movement in Quebec that it pressured the RCMP to collect intelligence about it.
