Operation and coal supply were affected in the 500 MW Bokaro Thermal Power Station (BTPS) as hundreds of protesters led by Giridih MP (Ajsu-P) Chandra Prakash Chaudhary blocked the main gate of the plant since Sunday midnight. The demonstration is aimed to highlight the concerns of displaced individuals and address other demands.
